Realism created by 100% Hida wood

Conventional headphones require a device called a driver unit, but the wooden headphones "Hida no Oto" do not have a built-in mechanism.

Utilizing the properties of maple and cypress , the sound reverberates inside the ear cup, creating a realistic feeling as if you were in a concert hall.

These wooden headphones have a very simple structure, but they were created after many trial productions, making full use of the traditional craftsmanship of Hida.

No power required. Place the earphones into the headphone body

"Hida no Oto" does not require any special equipment or machinery.
Use your earphones by placing them inside the earphone.

The feel of the wooden ears, the familiarity of the hands, the texture...

We are particular about using high-quality wood from Hida Takayama, one of Japan's leading furniture production areas, and do not use any metal fittings.

This piece has an attractive structure and design that takes advantage of the characteristics of wood.

No two headphones are the same, and each piece of wood is unique.

Innovating with traditional secret techniques and new styles

Hida no Oto creates the beautiful curves of the headband by applying the traditional craft "Hida Shunkei" which has been around since the Edo period and the magewappa technique.

Furthermore, we created a new technology using leather to increase its strength and friction resistance.

We are particular about the design, which matches the cowhide clasp with the wood color to create a natural look.

A woodwork workshop where craftsmen from Hida Takayama create their works.

We have created numerous works based on the concept of ``creating warmth.''

We create new value by using traditional Hida Takayama craft techniques such as Hida Shunkei, Ichii Ittobori, and Yamanaka Washi.

As Hida's ``new'' traditional craft, it connects Hida's culture to the present day and to the next generation.
