The menu stand, which utilizes "kumiko," a traditional woodworking technique passed down since the Asuka period, was crafted by Nishijima Woodworking, which has been preserving its fittings craftsmanship in Atami for over 70 years. It is a masterpiece embodying the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship, meticulously crafted from carefully selected wood with adjustments of less than 1mm. Its simple and elegant appearance makes it perfect as a decorative object.
