■When the product gets dirty, wipe it with a clean, soft cloth that has been well wrung out, then wipe off any moisture with a dry cloth.

■The warranty period for the product is one year from the delivery date. Manufacturing defects, damage, or malfunctions that occur within that period will be repaired free of charge. In other cases, a fee will be charged. Even within the warranty period, malfunctions caused by modifications to the fixture are not covered by the warranty (paid repair).
