1. Purpose

However, this does not apply if we are not obligated to disclose under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. 8. Improvement and Review of Personal Information Handling

⑶ If we are not obligated to correct, etc., or suspend the use, etc., under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the provisions of Paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article will not apply.
